Country Manager / Business Developer from South East Asia
Country Manager / Business Developer from South East Asia

We are now looking to hire a Country Manager / Business Developer from South East Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities / Duties
  • Expanding into new Asian markets, recruiting introducers and affiliates to strengthen the company’s local presence.
  • Developing new business relationships for the company, with agreed-upon monthly and annual targets, increasing yearly.
  • Organizing and attending business development meetings with clients and prospects through direct communication in face-to-face meetings and telephone calls, and online channels, including webinars, seminars, or expos.
  • Making suggestions to improve the company’s service, including new tools, promotions, payment solutions, etc.
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales cycle process from lead generation to deal closing and handing over to the account management team.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Possessing drive, motivation, and attention to detail to ensure all sales opportunities are seized and explored.
  • Conducting market research to identify new industry trends.
  • Supervising the opening of local representative offices in targeted areas.
  • Coordinating from inception to full completion of all activities related to new representative offices, including but not limited to the negotiation of contracts, hiring & training personnel, and sales performance monitoring in said representative office.
  • Liaising with Compliance, back office, or other teams, as necessary.
  • Evaluating and testing new products before and after launch and following up with the development team to ensure that development meets requirements.
  • Contributing to developing the company’s image with marketing literature/writing content.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team on promoting new products to the target audience.
  • Understanding and adhering to the company’s compliance guidelines.
  • Preparing relevant reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Reporting to the Head of Global Business Development.
Skills Required
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Work Experience/Knowledge
  • Native Southeast Asia language speaker.
  • Previous Forex experience is mandatory.
  • Medical insurance upon completion of 6 months in the company.
  • Flexible work environment (with the possibility to work from home).

We are now looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team! MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new account sales by promoting the company’s products and services
  • Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Maintain and nurture long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Ensure a consistent and professional line of communication that prioritizes the needs and interests of the client
  • Identify wider business opportunities and potential VIP customers and negotiate deals accordingly to bring profitable new business
  • Conduct client-related onboarding, admin, and first-line support, including guidance on account opening and instructions on how to use the trading platform
  • Assist Compliance with the KYC documentation process
  • Stay up to date with compliance regulations and ensure all communication is conducted accordingly
  • Ensure the success of the marketing strategy objectives and goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Head of Sales
  • Stay up to date with market news and trends daily
  • Prioritize a consistently professional and attentive approach to customer service to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention
  • Previous FX experience is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven, independent and motivated
  • Fluency in English and any of the following languages; Hindi, Marathi, Gujrathi, Malwari, or Urdu
  • Proficiency in MT4 and Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with a CRM would be advantageous.
  • 13th Salary
  • Medical insurance upon completion of 6 months in the company
